Pineapple, Blackberry, and Almond in Your Morning Cup — Meet Costa Rica Single Origin
Share
Our Costa Rica Single Origin comes from San Marcos de Tarrazú — one of the most celebrated micro-regions in Central America, where volcanic loam soil and 1,300–1,600 meter altitude produce a cup that is bright, sweet, and genuinely complex. Fully washed and sun dried, the Caturra and Catuai varietals grown here are processed to let the bean speak entirely for itself.
You'll find pineapple juice brightness on the front, a deep blackberry sweetness in the middle, and a clean almond finish that lingers just long enough to make you reach for another sip. The volcanic terroir story is real, not marketing — mineral-rich soil from centuries of ash deposits changes how the plant processes nutrients, which directly affects the sugars and acids that develop in the bean. What ends up in your cup is the result of geology as much as farming.
This is the morning cup for the day you want something that feels alive. Sweet and complex without being difficult, fruit-forward without being sharp.
