Once an order is placed, it enters processing immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests received within 1 hour of order placement. After that window, we cannot guarantee cancellation as orders may already be roasted, packed, or shipped.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of coffee and tea, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and a photo of the damage
  • We will replace or refund the item at our discretion

For merchandise (mugs, apparel, accessories), returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in original condition. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.

If you purchase a subscription:

  • You authorize recurring charges on your selected billing cycle
  • You may cancel at any time before your next billing date through your account dashboard or by contacting us
  • Refunds are not issued for subscription cycles that have already been processed and shipped
