Not happy with your coffee? We want to know.

If our coffee doesn't meet your expectations:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- We'll send a replacement bag or issue a full refund
- No need to return the product (it's coffee—keep it or compost it)

off, it's likely a brewing issue we can help you solve.

RETURNS ON OTHER PRODUCTS

Mugs, Apparel & Accessories

Changed your mind? No problem.

Eligible for return:
✓ Mugs and drinkware
✓ Apparel (sweatshirts, t-shirts, etc.)
✓ Accessories
✓ Unopened coffee products

Requirements:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Include your order number

Return shipping: Customer responsibility (unless item is defective)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to 
your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Received something damaged, defective, or incorrect? 
We'll fix it immediately.

What to do:
1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

3. Include:
   • Your order number
   • Photos of the issue
   • Brief description of the problem

We'll send a replacement immediately or issue a full refund—
your choice. You don't need to return damaged items.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to the nature of these products, we cannot accept returns on:

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Step 2: We'll provide return instructions and address

Step 3: Ship the item back (you cover return shipping unless defective)

Step 4: Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving return

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Already charged for a subscription you want to cancel?
