Iced Masala Chai at Home

What You Need
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups milk or oat milk
- 2 tbsp Spice Route Masala Chai — Try Our Masala Chai
- Honey or simple syrup to taste
- Ice
How to Make It
- Boil 2 cups of water. Add chai and simmer 5 minutes.
- Add milk and simmer 2 to 3 minutes. Don't boil.
- Sweeten to taste, strain, and let cool.
- Pour over ice and serve.
Make a Concentrate
Use 3 tbsp tea to 2 cups water, no milk. Steep 8 minutes, strain, refrigerate. Mix 1 part concentrate with 1 part cold milk over ice when serving. Keeps 5 days in the fridge.
