Iced Masala Chai at Home

What You Need

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups milk or oat milk
  • 2 tbsp Spice Route Masala Chai — Try Our Masala Chai
  • Honey or simple syrup to taste
  • Ice

How to Make It

  1. Boil 2 cups of water. Add chai and simmer 5 minutes.
  2. Add milk and simmer 2 to 3 minutes. Don't boil.
  3. Sweeten to taste, strain, and let cool.
  4. Pour over ice and serve.

Make a Concentrate

Use 3 tbsp tea to 2 cups water, no milk. Steep 8 minutes, strain, refrigerate. Mix 1 part concentrate with 1 part cold milk over ice when serving. Keeps 5 days in the fridge.
