Where Coffee Is Grown
Most of our Ethiopian coffee comes from the Sidama region, at elevation between 2,000–2,200 meters — some of the highest coffee-growing land in the world.
Why Ethiopia Coffee Tastes Different
Ethiopia is coffee’s birthplace, and it shows in the genetics: heirloom varietals found nowhere else, grown at extreme altitude and often naturally (sun-dried) processed. That combination produces some of the brightest, most fruit-forward coffee anywhere — bold berry and floral notes with a delicate, tea-like body.
Who Might Like It?
Ethiopian coffee can be a great starting point if you enjoy bright, fruity, almost wine-like coffee, or if you’re curious what "specialty coffee" fuss is really about.
How to Brew It
Pour over or drip. Both let the bright acidity and fruit character come through clearly — avoid French press, which mutes some of the delicate notes.
