Where Coffee Is Grown

Our Indonesian coffee is Grade 1, double-picked, from the Kintamani Highlands of Bali, grown between 1,200–1,600 meters by Subak Abian farmer cooperatives.

Why Indonesia Coffee Tastes Different

A unique wet-hulling process (giling basah) — rare outside Indonesia — strips the parchment early in drying, producing a heavier body, low acidity and an earthy, cedar-like character unlike anywhere else in the world.

Who Might Like It?

Perfect if you want a bold, low-acid cup with real weight to it — a favorite for dark roast and French press drinkers.

How to Brew It

French press. The fuller body was practically made for full immersion.
