Is this the same coffee as your Colombian?
No, our decaf is made from Peru beans while our regular coffee
is Colombian. Different origins, different flavor profiles. The Peru
decaf has smooth chocolate and nutty notes, while our Colombian has
dark chocolate, mango, and peach. Both are fresh-roasted to order.
Why Peru beans for decaf?
Peru coffee naturally has smooth, balanced flavors that hold up
beautifully through the decaffeination process. The chocolate and
