🏆 Best Bali Single Origin Coffee

This is gourmet Bali coffee from the Kintamani Highlands — grown by producers organized through Subak Abian, a traditional Balinese farming cooperative structure that has been cultivating coffee in volcanic loam soil at 1,200–1,600 meters for generations. Hand-picked, wet-hulled, and two-step sun dried on raised beds, every part of this process is intentional and it shows in the cup.

You'll find baker's chocolate depth on the front, orange peel brightness in the middle, and a juniper and molasses complexity on the finish that is clean, full-bodied, and completely unlike any other Indonesian origin. Medium-dark roast brings out the volcanic terroir without masking the fruit and spice character that makes Kintamani one of the most distinctive growing regions in Southeast Asia. This is the single origin that stops you mid-cup and makes you look at the bag.

Cupping Notes: Baker's Chocolate · Orange Peel · Juniper · Molasses · Full Body · Clean Finish

What You're Drinking

Grade 1, double-picked, from the Kintamani Highlands of Bali, grown 1,200–1,600m by Subak Abian farmer cooperatives. A unique wet-hulling process (giling basah) — rare outside Indonesia — produces a heavier body, low acidity and an earthy, cedar-like character unlike anywhere else in the world.

You'll Probably Like This If…

you want a bold, low-acid cup with real weight to it — a favorite for dark roast and French press drinkers.

Try Brewing It
