Our Sumatra Full Body Cup uses the same wet-hulling process (giling basah) found across Indonesian coffee — rare outside the region — which strips the parchment early in drying. That produces a heavier body, low acidity, and an earthy, cedar-like character.

The right grind depends on how you brew your coffee. Here's a quick guide:
- Whole Bean — Grind fresh at home for maximum flavor and aroma. Best if you have a burr grinder.
- Drip / Auto-Drip — Medium grind. Works for standard drip coffee makers and pour-over methods.
- French Press / Cold Brew — Coarse grind. Larger particles prevent over-extraction in long-steep methods.
- Espresso — Fine grind. Needed for espresso machines and Moka pots where water passes through under pressure.
